Need a quality bulk letterbox unit for your business, apartment block, or office complex? Our commercial multibank letterboxes can be made to suit your needs.
Front opening boxes are perfect for bolting onto a wall or for freestanding installations where there is no access behind the bank. Meanwhile, a rear-opening letterbox provides access to the back of the unit. Both give you the ability to accept A4 mail through the front slot without folding or damaging it.
All our multibank front and rear doors are made from 3mm thick powder-coated aluminium. This provides a heavy-duty and vandal-resistant door that cannot easily be bent open by thieves and vandals.
Front doors are inset 15mm to make vandalism harder, and so that the top of the box acts as a rainhood for the slot of the box below it.
Please refer to the ordering guide below for more info on what each option means.
Double width and double height boxes are available, please contact us for a quote.
All our letterboxes are made to order in North Plympton, South Australia. While we endeavour to manufacture as quickly and efficiently as possible, the standard lead time for a multibank is between 2-4 weeks. For orders with advanced cladding, the estimate is 4-6 weeks. Factory conditions change year-round, however, so no lead times can ever be guaranteed.
Colours seen in the colour selection drop-down thumbnails and in the product images are computer-generated representations of the powder coat colours. They are not 100% accurate to how the real-life colour will appear, they are merely a guide. Several variables such as lighting and the surrounding environment will have a big impact on how your chosen colour will appear in the flesh.

Ordering Guide
Follow the steps below to find your perfect commercial letterbox solution.
Opening
Front opening boxes feature a door and slot on the front, with a blank rear side. Rear opening boxes have a blank plate and a slot on the front, with a door on the back. Either style can be installed on posts, but only front opening can be wall mounted.
Orientation
Landscape boxes are wider, but not as deep, portrait boxes are narrower but deeper. Your choice here is dependent on how much space you have. Both will be able to accept and fit A4 mail. See the dimensions tab for more details.
Layout
This is the layout of your bank which determines the size and pricing. Landscape banks can only go a maximum of 7 boxes wide while portrait can go 10 boxes wide. Either orientation is limited to 6 high to stay within Aus Posts' letterbox height regulations.
Mounting
There are several ways our multibanks can be ordered for different installation and mounting purposes. Here is a rundown of each.
None - The bank will be supplied with no extra fixtures, it will be purely the boxes on their own. This means the multibank will be suitable for wall mounting, in which case you will want to order front-opening boxes. This way the boxes can be bolted onto a flat vertical surface through the backs of the boxes. This leaves the boxes protruding from the wall. Advanced cladding will make this easier as it will have built-in mounting plates rather than going through the boxes themselves.
This also can be ordered as rear opening if you have other plans for the boxes such as mounting them on top of a low brick wall or bolting them to an existing set of posts.
Posts in Ground - Two 50x50 aluminium powder-coated posts will be supplied with a brace across the bottom of the boxes. One post will attach to either side of the bank. The posts will be straight and suitable for concreting into a hole in the ground. For this, they are supplied with more length to accommodate about 400mm going into the ground.
Posts onto Concrete - Two 50x50 aluminium powder-coated posts will be supplied with a brace across the bottom of the boxes. One post will attach to either side of the bank. The posts will be shorter and have flat 200x200 mounting plates at the bottom. These are suitable for dyna-bolting onto a flat, solid surface like a concrete plinth.
Wall Recess & Through Wall/Fence - For installation into or through a wall/fence you will need to separately order flanges.
If you are unsure which type of mounting you need, please contact us before placing an order.
Cladding
The cladding is the outer layer that surrounds the letterboxes.
None - Boxes are left bare with external seams, rivets and nutserts visible. Suitable with any style of mounting.
Basic - 1mm smooth sheet around top and sides of the bank. Hides external box seams, rivets and hinge pin holes. Only suitable for wall-mounted or post-mounted boxes.
Advanced - 32mm SHS frame with a 3mm sheet surrounding. Features mounting plates on the rear for easier wall-mounted installation. Not available with rear opening or post mounted.
Colour
The powder-coated colour of your multibank.
Locks
All our multibanks come standard with key locks and 2 keys included to match each lock. Latch locks can be provided on request, but due to how a padlock hangs down from a latch lock, potentially intruding on the box below it, we don't recommend them with a multibank.
Numbering
Our multibanks come standard with 25mm high, Arial font numbers and/or labels. Choose which colour you would like to stand out best on the colour of the letterboxes.
Provide us with the numbers and labels you would like on each box by separating them with commas. We are able to do business names but may need to size them to fit if they are too long.
The default placement is left aligned, but we can center or right align if you leave us instructions to do so.
Signage Plate
An optional signage plate can be added. This will display your street number and name above your multibank. When purchased alongside a multibank we will make it to the same specifications unless you advise us otherwise. For post-mounted banks, the signage plate will be placed between the posts, above the bank, unless you specify otherwise. We can supply a separate signage plate for wall-mounted banks that can be attached to a surface independently.
Installation
Posts
Order Recommendation
Mounting: Posts onto Concrete or Posts into Ground
Cladding: None or Basic
Multibank will be supplied with 2x vertical posts, one on each side along with the bolts and pre-drilled holes. Depending on your choice, these posts can either be concreted into the ground or bolted onto a solid surface with mounting plates.
Wall Mounted
Order Recommendation
Opening: Front
Mounting: None
Cladding: None, Basic or Advanced
Wall mounted multibanks are bolted through the back of the bank onto a vertical surface. These can be purchased with either basic or advanced cladding. Advanced cladding is recommended as it includes mounting plates on the four back corners of the bank to make for an easier and sturdier installation.
Wall Recess
Order Recommendation
Opening: Front
Mounting: None
Cladding: None
To insert a multibank into a recess in the wall, make sure you order front opening and no cladding. You will also need 1x fixed front flange as this will frame it within the recess and cover the edges of the cavity around the boxes.
Through Wall
Order Recommendation
Mounting: None
Cladding: None
1x Floating Flange and 1x Fixed Flange
If your multibank is going to protrude through a wall and come out the other side, order 1x fixed front flange and 1x floating rear flange. The rear flange will slide up to meet the back of the wall around the boxes.
